Train talk at a cross roads

Road and rail work will be front and centre for Belleville City Council Monday night. At Monday's meeting, the Canadian Pacific Herchimer Avenue crossing near the Bay of Quinte, will be up for discussion. CP believes that the entire crossing restructuring project should be paid for by the municipality.
