Meadowlark Trail would connect communities
Jeannette Richter, chairperson for the Meadowlark Society Steering committee, said the trail would use land from a decommissioned CP Rail line. CP Rail decommissioned the rail line in 1999, donating the rail bed to Trans Canada Trail. Six years later, the rail bed was donated to Alberta TrailNet.
